Tonight, I watched a great documentary titled "Inside The Human Body" produced by the BBC. I decided to post these two quotes taken from the later part of the 2nd episode which had a pretty big impact on me.
"From the moment you were born, your body has been engaged in a minute by minute struggle for survival. Overcoming whatever challenges you have thrown at it. It has juggled ceaselessly to keep everything in balance, but as we're near the end, a lifetime's work takes its toll. Finally you approach the last minute of your life."
"... and this is the true miracle of your every day's existence. From the first breath to your last, you become so much more than the sum of your parts. You become someone with hopes and dreams ... likes and loves. Able to touch the lives of others."

I think I'll have to look for that documentary because those quotes are great.
They are very great indeed. Life is a mysterious miracle (anyway something we don't understand, but it is fascinating.
@godfatherofgreenbay - It's a great documentary especially when they explain to you everything that's happening in your body with high quality animations.
@carlo - Life is definitely the best miracle ever. Well said Carlo!
